Core Competencies: Domains

 
EMNDS background, experience, and current services fall into the following domains.

Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR)

C4ISR is the primary mission of SPAWAR Systems Command, PEO C4I, JPEO JTRS, and SSC Pacific.  EMNDS supports these customers and several of their C4ISR projects: Network Enterprise Domain (NED) and Airborne, Maritime / Fixed Station (AMF) domain of JTRS; Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE). 

Tactical Data Links

EMNDS supports the Tactical Command and Control Office, PMW 150 of PEO C4I, in support of these tactical data link projects: Link-16; the Joint Tactical Information Distribution System (JTIDS); the Multi-functional Information Distribution System (MIDS) On Ship; Dynamic Network Management (DNM); Submarine Link-16; Network Enabled Weapons (NEW); and the Command and Control Processor (C2P). EMNDS also supports the Common Link Integration Process (CLIP) for the Tactical Data Links (TDL) Gateways and Network Management (TGN) System Program Office, Hanscom AFB.

EMNDS provides these services to government and industry customers.

Program Management

EMNDS provides Acquisition Assistance, Integrated Schedule Management, Risk Management, Office Management, and other program management services to the Network Enterprise Domain (NED) and Airborne, Maritime / Fixed Station (AMF) domain of JTRS; and to the Tactical Command and Control Program for PMW 150 of PEO C4I.

Technical Services

EMNDS provides a wide range of technical services, including System Engineering, Requirements Management, Experimentation, Feasibility Analysis, Design, Installation, Integration, Test and Evaluation, Operation, In-Service Engineering, Logistics, and Training in support of JTRS NED, AMF JTRS, Link-16, JTIDS, MIDS, NEW,  and NCTE.  EMNDS also provides Help-Desk Consulting to USN operational units in support of a wide-variety of systems including Integrated Shipboard Network Systems (ISNS) and the Automated Digital Network System (ADNS).

Administrative Services

EMNDS provides financial management and cost management, organizes, coordinates, and reports on meetings for integrated process and project teams, and supports office operations and logistics for the JTRS NED and for the Common Link Integration Process (CLIP) program.
