EMNDS provides a variety of services to government and industry customers.
Core Competencies: Domains
EMNDS background, experience, and current services fall into the four following domains.
Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR)
C4ISR is the primary mission of SPAWAR, PEO C4I, JPEO JTRS, and SSC Pacific. EMNDS supports these customers and several of their C4ISR projects: Network Enterprise Domain (NED) and Airborne, Maritime / Fixed Stations (AMF) of JTRS; Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE); and the Automated Digital Network System (ADNS) of Navy’s Networks, Information Assurance and Enterprise Services Program Office, PMW 160 of PEO C4I. EMNDS also supports ISR Targeting Platforms and Sensors for the Air Combat Command (ACC), Langley AFB and theCommon Link Integration Process (CLIP) for the Tactical Data Links (TDL) Gateways and Network Management (TGN) System Program Office, at Hanscom AFB.
Network Engineering
EMNDS is active in the installation, integration, configuration, and test and evaluation of data networks on these projects: Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE); and theAutomated Digital Network System (ADNS).
Tactical Data Links
EMNDS supports the Tactical Command and Control Office, PMW 150 of PEO C4I, in support of these tactical data link projects: Link-16, including the Joint Tactical Information Distribution System (JTIDS), the Multi-functional Information Distribution System (MIDS) On Ship, Dynamic Network Management, and Submarine Link-16; and Network Enabled Weapons (NEW) including the Command and Control Processor (C2P). EMNDS also supports the Common Link Integration Process (CLIP) for the Tactical Data Links (TDL) Gateways and Network Management (TGN) System Program Office, Hanscom AFB.

Program Management
EMNDS provides Acquisition Assistance, Integrated Schedule Management, Risk Management, Office Management, and other program management services to the Network Enterprise Domain (NED) and Airborne, Maritime / Fixed Stations (AMF) of JTRS; and to the Link-16 Program for PMW 150 of PEO C4I.
Technical Services
EMNDS provides a wide range of technical services, including System Engineering, Requirements Management, Experimentation, Feasibility Analysis, Design, Installation, Integration, Test and Evaluation, Operation, In-Service Engineering, Logistics, and Training to the JTRS NED and AMF; to the Link-16 Program for PMW 150; ISR Targeting Platforms and Sensors for the ACC; the Automated Digital Network System (ADNS) for PMW 160; Network Enabled Weapons (NEW) for PMW 150.
Administrative Services
EMNDS provides financial management and cost management, organizes, coordinates, and reports on meetings for integrated process and project teams, and supports office operations and logistics for the JTRS NED and AMF and for the Common Link Integration Process (CLIP) program.
Clerical Services
EMNDS performs such clerical services as sending and verifying clearances, preparing official messages and letters, making travel arrangements, establishing and maintaining web-sites and databases for PMW 150 and JTRS programs and offices and for CLIP.
