SeaPort-e

SeaPort-e is the contract under which PEO C4I secures contractor support.  EMNDS works under task order N00178-04-D-4119-NS03 for PEO C4I PMW 150 TC2.  For details, please consult the SeaPort-e page of this web-site.

JTRS Airborne Networking

Under this prime contract (N66001-11-D-0150), EMNDS provides test and evaluation and program and risk-management services to the Airborne, Maritime / Fixed Stations (AMF) program office of JTRS.  The contract is effective through November 2013.

413 In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) support / Integration Engineering Facility (IEF)

EMNDS is a subcontractor to SAIC, Inc., on the 413 ISEA IEF contract (N66001-07-D-0029).  Under this contract, effective through August 2012, EMNDS  provides help-desk support to users of fleet systems, such as the Automated Digital Network System (ADNS) and the Integrated Shipboard Network System (ISNS), for SSC Pacific Code 413.

Network Enterprise Domain (NED) Development Supporting Joint Tactical Radio System (JTRS)

EMNDS is a subcontractor to SRA, International on this contract (N66001-08-D-0012) which supports the NED Program Office of the Joint Program Executive Office (JPEO) JTRS.  Under this contract, effective  through 19 March  2013, EMNDS performs risk management, cost/price analysis, budget and financial management, test and evaluation, systems engineering, network engineering, intra-domain liaison, process management, and program management for the NED Program Office.

Navy Contiuous Training Environment / Joint Semi-Automated Forces (NCTE/JSAF)

EMNDS is a subcontractor to Alion Science and Technology Corporation on the NCTE/JSAF contract (SPO700-99-DO301 (WSTIAC)).  Under this contract, effective through 30 June 2015, EMNDS provides technical services (including installation, integration, test and evaluation, training, and maintenance) for the NCTE to the Naval Warfare Doctrine Command (NWDC). 

Tactical Data Link System Support

EMNDS is a subcontractor to Computer Sciences Corporation.  Under this contract (N66001-10-D-0026), EMNDS provides administrative services (including configuration management, web-site design, administration, and maintenance) to the CLIP program for the Tactical Data Links (TDL) Gateways and Network Management (TGN) System Program Office, Hanscom AFB and to the Broad Area Maritime Surveillance (BAMS) project for the Persistent Maritime Unmanned Aircraft Systems Program Office (PMA-262) of the US Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR). 

PMW 150 Systems Engineering Technical Assistance (SETA)

EMNDS is a subcontractor to Sentek Global.  Under this contract (N00178-05-D-4556) expected to run through April 2016, EMNDS provides technical services to the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), and others in support of Joint Effects Modeling (JEM) and the Joint Warning System (JWARN) integration.

  • EMNDS is a subcontractor to Alion Science and Technology on the Software, Networks, Information and Modeling & Simulation (SNIM) contract (FA150010D0001), expected to run through June 2015;
  • EMNDS is a subcontractor to SAIC, Inc., on the classified SSC Pacific Code 532 C4I Systems Engineering for GCCS contract (N66001-09-R-7193), expected to run through May 2015;
  • EMNDS is a subcontractor to Lockheed Martin on the Global C4ISR Installation Contract (N00039-10-R-0001), expected to run through February 2016;
  • EMNDS is a subcontractor to SOLUTE Consulting on the Program Management, Administrative, Clerical, and Technical Services (PACTS) contract (HSHQDC-09-D-00044), supporting all agencies of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in the area of technical services, expected to run through August 2014;
  • EMNDS is a subcontractor to Insignia Technology Services (Small Business Prime) on the CAAS IV contract awarded at the end of 2011. to meet the advisory and assistance services needs of the Air Force Air Combat Command and Air Force District of Washington; and
  • EMNDS is a subcontractor to SPECTRUM (Large Business Prime) on the CAAS IV contract awarded at the end of 2011.
