Naval / Joint Experimentation
Under this contract (N66001-05-D-5003), EMNDS provides engineering technical services and system engineering and integration for SPAWAR Systems Center (SSC) San Diego, Code 246, to support fleet and joint experimentation for Commander Second Fleet. The contract, effective 10 Sep 2005 - 9 Sep 2008, had a value of $2,994,859. This contract has been successfully completed.
EMNDS is a SDVOSB partner of prime contractor SAIC, Inc., on the 413 ISEA IEF contract (N66001-07-D-0029). The contract, effective 8 Aug 2007 - 7 Aug 2012, has a potential value of $473M. Under this contract, EMNDS provides ISE and installation services in management, engineering, technology, integrated logistics support, integration and fabrication, and non-integrated shipboard installation for SSC San Diego Code 413.
414 In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) support / Tactical Data Link (TDL) Systems
EMNDS is a SDVOSB partner of prime contractor SAIC, Inc., on the 414 ISEA TDL contract (N66001-08-D-0152). This is an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity award term contract with a cost plus fixed fee pricing arrangement for engineering and technical support services for TDL Systems, such as Link-11 and 16, Joint Tactical Information Distribution System, Command and Control Processor Subsystem, Tactical Digital Data Information Link and Common Data Link Management System, in support of various Navy projects. The contract, expected to run from October 2008 through September 2013, has a potential value of $46.6M. Under this contract, EMNDS provides systems engineering, systems integration, test support, fleet support, software engineering, training, integrated logistics support, configuration management, and project management support for SSC Pacific Code 414.
Network Enterprise Domain (NED) Development Supporting Joint Tactical Radio System (JTRS)
Under this contract (N66001-08-D-0012), EMNDS supports SPAWAR Systems Center (SSC) San Diego, Code 246, and the Joint Program Executive Office (JPEO) JTRS. The contract, effective 8 Oct 2007 - 7 Oct 2010, has a potential value of $2,994,458. Under this contract, EMNDS performs risk management, cost/price analysis, budget and financial management, test and evaluation, systems engineering, network engineering, intra-domain liaison, process management and program management for the NED JTRS.
Program Management, Admistrative, Clerical, and Technical Services (PACTS)
EMNDS is a SDVOSB partner and subcontractor of SOLUTE Consulting on the DHS contract (HSHQDC-09-D-00044).The contract, effective 06 Aug 09 – 05 Aug 14, has a potential value of $375M (divided across 10 prime contractors and four SOLUTE subcontractors). Under this contract, EMNDS will provide technical services to the Department of Homeland Security.Potential customers include all agencies of DHS.
