Current EMNDS customers include the Program Executive Office (PEO) C4I, the Joint PEO for the Joint Tactical Radio System (JPEO JTRS), the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), SPAWAR Systems Center (SSC) Pacific, and US Air Force commands at Langley AFB, Virginia and Hanscom AFB, Massachusetts. 

EMNDS comprises experienced program managers, retired military personnel with operational and technical experience, and reserve military personnel with current operational and program duties.  Most EMNDS engineers and scientists have more than 20 years experience in C4ISR* system development and experimentation, implementation, operation, training, or some combination.

The EMNDS management approach is built on leadership and team-building principles taken from John Wooden’s Pyramidium of Success^®.  Among those principles, EMNDS emphasizes “industriousness, friendship, loyalty, cooperation, and enthusiasm,” leading to “initiative, skill, and competitive greatness.” EMNDS puts these principles in service of 1) customers, to deliver quality products and services on time and at veryby all,” and 3) teammates, to instill “team spirit and confidence.” EMNDS is currently pursuing an internal audit in preparation for eventual ISO 9001 certification and has recently begun Lean Six Sigma training.
